We are glad to ship your order to your specified location. All orders will be shipped to the address shown on their PayPal account so as to avoid package loss, inconveniences, and misunderstandings.

For Our International Customers,

• The shipping cost and/or the price of each item does not include import charges duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of individual buyers. Kindly check what your country’s additional costs could be prior to making a purchase, if possible. You can do this by contacting the customs office in your country.
• All items will be shipped with a very fast shipping method. Items will be registered within the 48 hours of clearing your payment. After this, we will provide you with a Tracking Code to know the status of your order.
• The average shipping time for most countries is about 20 business days. However, countries such as Russia and Brazil might take a little longer.
• To arrange Express shipping, you can send us an inquiry for such.

Please Note

• In an event where you want to return the package because you didn’t like the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost
• In a very rare event that the product arrived damaged, please take pictures, videos, and other media of proofs and evidence and forward such to our customer service department. Our products are 100% well-packaged. However, we do not control the shipping companies.
• We will guide you from beginning to end on how to return your product.
• Subsequently, we will offer you a replacement or give you a refund if need be.
• For every order that does not get delivered within a period of 30 business days, such will be considered as a ‘Package Loss’. We will offer you a replacement or fully refund your money.
• For every item that may be returned or considered for exchange, please contact us within the 14 days such items has been delivered.
• All items should be sent back in their original package. Items must arrive in a new sellable condition as shipped.
• No refunds/exchanges will be made on items that have been damaged by the buyer. Kindly inspect your items prior to shipping it out for a refund/exchange.
