• Didn’t like the product – If you need to return your item, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued less our shipping cost.

  • Product arrived damaged – That rarely happens, but we cannot guarantee 100% safely delivery of your product because we are not in control of the shipping companies and their management.
    In case that your product arrived damaged, please take pictures and video, proofs, and send to our customer service department.

All returns MUST be sent back in the original packaging with all the tags and be in a new, sellable condition as received.

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to being sent out, there will be no refunds/exchanges on items that have been worn or damaged by the buyer.
